Blueberry Applesauce Muffins with Crumble Topping 0

As I shared last week on The Riche Life, I'm so honored to serve as a digital ambassador for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month! When I found out that St. Jude has a cooking class for patients, I thought it would be fun to try one of their recipes on the show with #miniboss. I let her pick from a few options and she selected these delicious Blueberry Applesauce Muffins. We had so much fun making them and they are SO good! As you'll see, the recipe calls for whole wheat...

Homemade Fresh Fruit Popsicles Recipe 0

One of our favorite summer pastimes at Grant Central is making delicious homemade fresh fruit popsicles. They're such a healthier alternative to most of the store-bought varieties and they are SO easy to make! In this episode of #TheRicheLife, #miniboss and I are showing you how to make our favorite flavors--strawberry and pineapple-coconut--and a yummy mix of the two as well. Our red, white and blueberry pops even made a sweet cameo too (see what I did there?!). The basics that you'll need to make these and most other flavor combinations are fresh fruit and a liquid...

Cookies and Cream White Chocolates for Valentine's Day 0

The whole process is pretty simple (yes!), and takes just 15 minutes of active time. The rest of the time (about 30 minutes) is spent letting each layer set in the fridge. The number of chocolates you make will depend on the mold you buy and how many cavities are inside. Our mold makes 12 medium-sized chocolates, so our recipe reflects that number.  SERVINGS: Will vary depending on molds (see above). ACTIVE TIME: 15 minutes SETTING TIME: 30 minutes...

5 Wacky April Fools' Day Pranks That Will Delight Your Kids 0

The keys to successfully pulling off these pranks are to plan ahead when the kids are not around and to keep your finished products well-hidden until it's time to use them. And don't forget to keep your camera on deck to capture their expressions once they realize that they've been tricked. Priceless!   1. "Not so Cheery-Os" Frozen cereal, anyone? For this one, you'll need a bowl, milk, and your child's favorite cereal. Pour the milk and cereal into a bowl until it's about halfway full. Then, place the bowl in the freezer overnight. In...
