Shipping & Returns
Orders placed Monday through Friday normally ship within 2-3 business days. Purchases made on Friday after 4:00 pm EST, Saturday-Sunday, or holidays will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which generally takes 2-3 days to arrive once shipped.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation and tracking number once your item(s) ship. Please note that at this time, we only ship within the continental US.
We hope that you love your BambiniWare products as much as we do! If for some reason you don't, however, we understand that sometimes these things do happen. We will exchange your purchase or issue a store credit in accordance with the terms below:
1. E-mail your return request with your order number; the specific item (s) to be returned; and the reason for return to email@example.com. Please let us know in the e-mail if you would like to exchange your merchandise or receive store credit. If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the item(s) that you would like in exchange for the purchased merchandise. You will then receive a return processing number to include on your original packing slip (see below).
2. The item (s) must be received within 14 days of receipt. Any item (s) that are received after 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
3. You are responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes and handling fees for the merchandise you are returning. Please ensure that the merchandise sent back to us is sent via an insured, traceable method. We are not responsible for any returned packages not received or packages that are damaged while in transit.
4. Returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused and unsoiled) and have all tags attached. Items that do not meet these standards will not be exchanged or eligible for store credit.
5. All sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
6. Exchanges: the merchandise may only be exchanged for other merchandise of equal or lesser value. You are responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes and handling fees to have exchanged merchandise sent to you.
7. Store credit: you will be offered 80% of the cost of the merchandise returned (20% will be charged as a restocking fee), less the original shipping charges.

Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our stock room for your exchange or store credit to be processed. Store credits expire after six months from date of return.
