After giving birth to her daughter, Riley, in 2012, Riche Holmes Grant found that there was no job more fulfilling than being a mom, but the smells, spills and thrills made the gig a bit less than glamorous.  For nearly a year, Riche worked while Riley was asleep to develop the concept: functional and fashionable products that would complement—not cramp—her mommy style.

BambiniWare™ made its "Grant" entrance into the world in 2013 with a line of smart + stylish gear designed to make life easier for the modern mom. Featuring chic bibs, burp cloths, organic wash cloths, feeding sleeves and aprons, BambiniWare's products are born and manufactured in the USA.  In 2014, Riche partnered with Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia to bring BambiniWare to the highly curated Martha Stewart American Made Market, representing the next generation of American makers. In 2015, BambiniWare was named a Style finalist in the Martha Stewart American Made Awards.

What began as natural extension of Riche's culinary interests evolved over the years into the Chow Baby™ division of BambiniWare, which houses Riche’s popular eBook, “How to Make the Best Food for Your Baby," family-friendly recipes and cooking classes for parents and toddler chefs. As a lifestyle/DIY contributor to MarthaStewart.com and blogger, Riche draws on her life behind the seams to help other moms master the art of mommyhood without losing their sanity, style or grown-up palates in the process. Riche joined The Huffington Post blogging community after receiving a personal invitation from co-founder and editor-in-chief, Arianna Huffington.

Prior to BambiniWare, Riche worked full-time as President and Chief Academic Officer of Innovative Study Techniques (IST), a Maryland-based test prep, tutoring and private school and college admissions consulting company.  Riche founded IST in 2003 after heeding her grandfather’s last wish that she take time off to figure out what she really wanted to do with her life after law school.  It was during this time when Riche discovered that education—not law—was the area where she could make the most impact. Thousands of students later, she has no regrets.

Riche has a BA in Public Policy from Brown University, where she spent a year at the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a JD from Columbia Law School.  She is still licensed to practice law (but only the fun stuff!) in New York and Maryland. Riche is also a former appointee to the Maryland Governor’s Commission on Small Business and former board chair of the national walking non-profit, GirlTrek.  In 2014, Riche was honored as one of the “Forty Under 40” top business leaders in Prince George’s County, MD and featured as "Super Mom of the Week" on BigCityMoms.com.

In her coveted spare time, Riche enjoys cooking with her family, walking, yoga, cycling, reading, watching indie films and traveling. She lives in the Washington, DC area with her husband and daughter.
